Samson built Nova AI Ops to solve a problem he lived on every incident call: monitoring, logs, on-call, runbooks, communication, and ticketing fragmented across a half-dozen disconnected tools. The result is a multi-agent, AI-native reliability platform that unifies the full incident lifecycle (detect, correlate, investigate, remediate) behind one pane of glass.
His focus is compressing mean time to resolution through autonomous agents that absorb the repetitive work of incident response, so human engineers can spend their time on the decisions that actually need judgment.
